M4MM was founded in May 2016 by Dr. Rox McCarthy after witnessing firsthand the profound disparities in access to medical cannabis, healthcare, and economic opportunity.
What started as a grassroots movement has grown into a national institution with 27 state chapters, a digital health platform, groundbreaking research initiatives, and a voice at the policy table.
For over a decade, we have remained unwavering in our commitment to those most impacted by prohibition and systemic inequities-because justice delayed is justice denied.
